About
Built by people who have worked inside the operations we now help improve.
TrueAssist was not started by outsiders looking at healthcare interaction data from a distance.
Where we come from
The team has spent years inside healthcare payer operations and contact centers: member and provider services, growth and enrollment, technology programs, BPO and vendor relationships, and consumer interaction programs.
That means we have worked through the seasonal pressure of enrollment periods, the complexity of multiple vendors handling one member, and the platform constraints that shape what is actually possible on a given timeline.
What that experience teaches
- Seasonal pressure
- Enrollment periods and plan-year changes compress everything. A change that ignores the calendar will not land.
- Vendor complexity
- Many operations run across internal teams, BPO partners, and platform vendors at once. The interaction does not respect those boundaries.
- Platform constraints
- Licensed capability, integration limits, and release cycles are real. We work with what is in place before assuming it needs replacing.
- Operational reality
- Agents, supervisors, and analysts are already busy. Recommendations have to fit how the work actually gets done.
How we work
- Incremental
- One interaction stream at a time, over disruption.
- Evidence-led
- What the interactions show, over assumption.
- Practical
- Changes that can be implemented and measured, over recommendations that sit in a deck.
And a plain refusal to build an economic model that benefits from a client's problem sticking around longer than it should.
